Our Packages Explained
Olympian Garden Buildings’ insulated garden rooms can be fully customised, so you can add the features you want. They make a versatile outdoor space which is ideal to be used as a self-contained office pod. We work around your unique needs and specifications to build you a bespoke office pod, to your exact tastes and budget. Check out the basic features of each of our packages below, and start creating your perfect garden office pod design.
There are three packages available, ranging from a basic shell which you can individualise to your own requirements, through a middle level which adds a high degree of insulating material, to the ‘Gold’ standard. This adds a host of interior features to give you a garden office pod set-up that’s ready for you to move into – just bring your office furniture and equipment, and your kettle!
The Bronze garden office pod package is specified as follows:
- Fully Tanalised (pressure treated) building
- 32 tongue-and-groove (T&G) cladding
- 3in x 2in Tanalised framework
- 22mm thick T&G floor
- 16mm T&G roof boards
- 38kg felt
- Triple-galvanised nails
- Underboarded roof canopy to front and sides
- uPVC French Doors and 1 fixed uPVC window either side of French doors (comes as a single unit)
- 28mm double glazing, toughened safety glass
- Yale Lockmaster lock system
- Anthracite/black on white colour option for doors and windows
- No side windows
- 3in x 2in or 4in x 2in roof trusses (depending on size)
- Heights: 7ft 1in (216cm) internally at high side sloping to approx. 6ft (183cm) at low side
- Delivery and installation (within a 30-mile radius). Flat and level flagged or concrete base required
In addition to the Bronze Package features, the Silver garden office pod package consists of the following additions:
- Pre-insulation pack
- Protect TF200 internal lining membrane to walls and roof
- 40mm Kingspan insulated floor
In addition to the Bronze and Silver Packages, the Gold office garden building package has the following extra features:
- Fully-insulated walls and roof
- Additional sub-framework within building
- 60mm Kingspan foil-back insulation in walls and roof
- 9mm moisture-resistant MDF board
- 5in primed MDF Torus internal skirting
- 3in primed architrave
- Internal strips
- 130mm wall thickness
- Stainless steel nails to walls
- Option of 38kg roofing felt or Onduline roofing sheet
- Carpet tiles
About The uPVC Pod
Our new garden room module, the uPVC Office Pod, is a modern, low-maintenance take on the classic garden shed. Featuring a sleek single sloping Pent roof, this contemporary summerhouse has the added benefit of double glazed uPVC doors and windows, adding extra insulation and shutting out exterior noise. So you get a garden room which can truly earn its keep!

View all our FAQ'sYes! One of the many benefits of working with Olympian Garden Buildings is that all our buildings are handmade at our factory by our in-house manufacturing team. This allows us complete flexibility over the design and construction of our buildings and enables us to work on bespoke projects.
The majority of our buildings fall permitted development, however, some larger buildings or those within restricted areas may be subject to planning permission. In all instances, please refer to the Planning Portal and seek advise to clarify if you will require planning. https://www.planningportal.co.uk/
The base can be constructed from concrete or flags and must be perfectly flat and level. We can work with you to arrange your groundwork. Please speak with the team for further details.
A standard building with a Bronze – Platinum package will take approximately 1-2 days to install. The majority of buildings are completed within 1 day.
Our lead times can fluctuate based on demand. At present (Spring 2022) we are working on an approximate 2-3 month lead time on Non Insulated buildings and a 3-4 month lead time for our insulated buildings.
To secure your building we take a 15% deposit is taken at the time of order.
