The Project: A bespoke garden building with additional storage

Our customer in Knutsford, Cheshire had a beautifully landscaped garden, and they wanted a bespoke garden building from which they could appreciate their outdoor space.

They had a brief that included a large garden room, separate storage area, and an attractive veranda. And that’s exactly what we gave them!

Our Approach: A practical, spacious, bespoke garden room

Using our standard garden room design, the team rearranged the floor plan to incorporate a combined storage area with a separate access door hidden at the rear of the building. The design of this bespoke garden building was then further modified by the addition of a veranda to the front. The customer opted for Thermowood cladding for its increased weather protection properties and 30-year lifespan, and to finish, an attractive cedar shingle roof.

Following the design stage, the bespoke Pavillion garden building was manufactured and pre-painted by our master craftsmen in our dedicated factory in Sandbach, Cheshire. Our experienced installation team then laid the groundworks prior to installing the building and made good of the surrounding landscaping. The whole process was a project managed by Olympian Garden Buildings from start to finish.

The end result was this beautiful bespoke garden room and a very satisfied customer.
