Our demo buildings are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and with limited stock available, we expect them to go quickly. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! So, if you’ve had your eye on a particular style or size, don’t miss out.

Flexible Delivery and Installation

All listed prices include delivery and installation within a 30-mile radius of our Sandbach showroom. Our expert in-house team will carefully dismantle the building from our showroom and reinstall it in your garden, leaving you with a space that looks as good as new – no one will know it was a demo model!

If you’d prefer to handle things yourself, we also offer a collection-only option, allowing you to pick up your building directly from our factory. 

For areas beyond our local radius, you can choose collection-only from our factory or delivery-only, with our 2-man team handling safe delivery. We’ll provide a personalised delivery cost based on your postcode and building size
