Our clients in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire required a Garden Dining Room, freeing up space in their home without the disruption or expense of building an extension.

The project: A Garden Building to free up space within Cheshire Home.
Like many people, our customers for this project wanted extra space in their home but were reluctant to endure the disruption and expense of building an extension. Not wanting to move home, having a high specification garden building was the perfect compromise.
Our Approach: A Garden Building fit for use as an outdoor dining room.
Our customers were sociable people who loved entertaining at home. Their garden was in an enviable position overlooking fields and a duck pond and they wanted to maximise the view and create an area for outdoor entertaining and relaxing.
We discussed the many options available to them and the ever-popular Alderley design was the best match for their brief. The full-length windows and doors allowed for the stunning surroundings to be enjoyed whilst flooding the room with natural light.
The room needed to incorporate a large dining table and a large comfortable seating area so we opted for a 20’ x 16’ building with double glazing, 38mm log cladding, and a felt shingle roof.
The end result is a building perfect for the whole family to get together. Our customers have made good use of their extra room by throwing many parties there but they also take time to enjoy the simpler things by having breakfast in there whilst taking in the view each day.
