The Project: A contemporary garden room that was aesthetically pleasing

Our clients in Greater Manchester came to us with very specific requirements for their outdoor space in Sale. Keen record collectors, they needed somewhere to house their extensive vinyl collection which at the time was being stored in an old summerhouse that was damp and no longer fit for purpose.

Our Approach: A bespoke 12’ x 12’ corner summerhouse

We worked closely with the customer exploring the various options that would not only fit their criteria but also enhance their garden aesthetically. We had 3-4 meetings and site visits to evaluate the space before a decision was made.

The building that best fit the customers brief was a 5 x 3m model of our contemporary garden room, with canopy. This was further enhanced with anthracite aluminium windows and doors, brushed chrome downlights in the canopy and contrasting guttering. The positioning of the doors and windows were configured to suit their required layout and we arranged for electricity and tv cables to be installed.

Our skilled and experienced team arranged everything from the groundworks, removal of the old building, installation of the new building and landscaping around the new building. All that was left for the customer to do was to decorate and furnish their new contemporary garden room to their own taste.

As you can see the final product has completely transformed the garden and has given our clients a beautiful, contemporary space that they continue to be delighted with.
