The Project: A fully insulated garden studio for year-round, multi-purpose use

Our clients in Greater Manchester came to us looking for a complete garden transformation and they wanted us to completely manage the entire project from start to finish. They were looking for a fully insulated garden studio for year-round multi-purpose use and pre and post installation landscaping transforming the outdoor area. 

They were also enquiring about Initial landscaping requirements, which involved clearing the garden which included extensive tree and shrub removal and preparing the base for the building.

Our Approach: A bespoke 12’ x 12’ corner summerhouse

Working closely with our customer and assessing the space available and the brief that we were given, it was decided that a 7m x 3.6m insulated garden studio would be an ideal option. 

This stylish building has spacious dimensions that allow for a versatile living space, whilst the high specification insulation ensures the room remains warm, dry and comfortable all year round. We fitted this bespoke garden studio with electrics, tv and internet connection. The garden studio was fully plastered and decorated to an excellent standard, with the finished building featuring a large, comfortable seating area and the ultimate in garden accessory – a bar!

Post installation, landscaping added the finishing touches to the garden transformation. Our customer received a new decking area, patio and re-turfed lawn to ensure this garden now had the wow factor.
