The Project: A large, practical & durable garden office

Our customer in greater Manchester were tired of spending big money renting office space for their business. We met with them to discuss how we could create the ultimate office in their own back garden at a fraction of the cost of renting.

Our Approach: A contemporary 24’ x 20’ garden office building

After meeting with our customer to fully understand the requirements for their new garden office, we recommended a 24’ x 10’ garden building which could comfortably  accommodate their 3 full time members of staff.

This bespoke garden office design was based on our contemporary Cheshire Studio, This versatile and spacious building incorporates large windows which made for a light and airy garden office space. Our customer also opted for a coordinating store building to sit alongside the office to be able to avoid additional expensive storage costs. 

Both of these garden buildings were handcrafted in our dedicated factory in Sandbach and installed by our experienced team. The main office building came complete with insulated floor, lining membrane, double glazing and upgraded door fittings.

Our qualified customer was able to run his own electrics to the building and insulate it himself, a service we can provide if you’re not in a position to do this.

The finished product not only met our clients brief but is also an attractive addition to the garden.
