Alternative to Home Extension in Middlewich

Weighing up whether to extend your home or not is a conversation we all have at some point. Many of us need more space at home, but the expense, disruption and not to mention the mess, is off-putting.

For this project, our clients had chosen to create more space by adding a garden room.

First step of the project was for our customers to visit the showroom to discuss the many design options with our experienced sales team. Having display models to view is a huge benefit to our customers when making design decisions as you can view the various aspects of the buildings in person.

With a sizable back garden, our clients were looking to create a large 5m x 3m relaxing lounge area as part of a complete garden overhaul.

The building was designed with 2.4m bi-fold doors with attractive full length portrait windows either side, plus an additional side window that allowed for the light to flood through.

Clad in striking vertical cedar panels that are hand selected for their quality, our Modern Garden Rooms are a feature in their own right.

As with all our buildings, this room has professional plaster-skimmed walls and fitted throughout with electrical sockets, internal spotlights and external spotlights, including up/down lights, all to the clients’ particular specification.

The finished room comes complete with premium Quick Step Impressive Ultra laminate flooring with skirting creating an end result that rivals any home extension.
