Garden Pub in Warrington

This garden room certainly has the wow factor!

Our clients for this project were looking to create their own private space for kicking back and entertaining, and they wanted to do it in style!

Working with an interior designer, they wanted to create bespoke garden bar and dining area with a luxe feel that oozed sophistication, and I’m sure we can all agree that the brief was met.

We worked with our clients and the designed to calculate the ideal proportions for the room, zoning areas by use to maximise the potential of the available space.

Careful attention was paid to the door and window configuration, allowing for maximum natural light but also working around the proposed interior design scheme for furniture placement.

Measuring 6m x 4m, the completed room featured 3m wide bi-fold doors alongside 2 portrait windows.

Olympian Garden Buildings were involved in all aspects of designing and installing the Modern Garden Room to our usual high specification finish. This included management of the groundwork and installing the base through to the building construction, internal plastering, first and second fix electrics and laying high performance Quick-Step Impressive Ultra laminate flooring and skirting.

Once we were finished we handed over to the interior designer to work her magic! A talented joiner was appointed to build a bespoke bar and seating area, working within the zones we had suggested, and the designer let her creative flair flow with the soft furnishings and internal décor. All that was left to do was give the new establishment a name – ‘The Fizz & Flute’.

Externally, the rich cedar cladding of the building contrasts beautifully with the dark of the anthracite doors and windows. Illuminated at night by spotlights in the canopy and the reflection of the well subtle internal lighting, The Fizz & Flute is our customers’ number 1 place to be, and best of all, it’s in their own back garden.
