Award-Winning Debut at RHS Tatton Flower Show

Can you believe it’s been a year since the RHS Tatton Flower Show 2023? We can’t! This time last year, we were busy preparing to transform a humble grass plot in Knutsford’s Tatton Park into an Olympian World! A curated selection of stunning garden buildings and outdoor structures highlighting our product offering, from traditional sheds and summerhouses to our standout luxurious modern Outdoor Rooms.

The countdown was on…as one of the UK’s leading providers of bespoke garden buildings, our exquisite array of outdoor living spaces was designed to showcase the essence of quality craftsmanship, elegance, and functionality.

Collaboration Makes Perfect: 

Teaming up with experts and specialists was crucial in taking our stand to the next level. Sue from Courtingtons Landscape created a stunning garden design across the stand, seamlessly blending style with functionality. Westminster Stone‘s mix of traditional and contemporary paving materials added a unique and eye-catching aesthetic. Desser & Co provided contemporary indoor conservatory furniture, elevating comfort and elegance to enhance our showcase.

Deeper Dive into Olympian World:

In our traditional zone, visitors experienced the Prestige Workshop (our ultimate potting shed) and the Alderley summerhouse (the perfect all-year-round garden room), complemented by our Garden Pod – a modern take on the traditional summerhouse with sleek lines and a pent roof for a contemporary finish.

This area was beautifully laid with Westminster Stone‘s National Trust Petworth Paving, Tatton Cobbles, and Rustic Tudor Brick and featured charming kitchen garden details like a vegetable stand and sunflowers. Chic table and chair sets, along with other key furniture pieces from Desser & Co, completed the inviting setup.

Our contemporary zone featured our luxurious and modern Outdoor Room, measuring 5m x 3m, with Millboard decking out front. A LuxSol aluminium pergola, ideal for unpredictable British weather, stood adjacent to the Outdoor Rooms, blending seamlessly with their sleek design. Equipped with premium waterproof roofing, a louvred roof, integrated drainage system, and side screens for added protection, these pergolas created an inviting and functional environment.

Under the pergola, a Draco Grills Outdoor Kitchen with a 6-burner BBQ, double fridge, and sink showcased one of the many uses for the pergola, creating an inviting modern culinary experience. The contemporary area was complemented by Westminster Stone’s Snowdonia Grey Porcelain Paving and their Mill Bay Driftwood Grey Porcelain paving, providing a stunning alternative to traditional decking with a rustic charm inspired by Devon’s Mill Bay coastlines.

In an unexpected turn of events, in our very first year, we achieved a prestigious RHS 5* Award for our stand – an accomplishment that is testament to the great teamwork and dedication within our organisation. This accomplishment was bolstered by overwhelmingly positive feedback from past customers, show attendees, and fellow exhibitors, underscoring our commitment to quality and service.

Craftsmanship Showcase:

As the show concluded after a busy three-week period of preparation, installation, showcasing, and takedown, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who visited our stand and experienced the beauty of Olympian World.
