Our Packages Explained
Our insulated garden rooms are fully customisable, and you can add features as you want them to create your perfect space. With Olympian Garden Buildings, we accommodate your needs and exact specification so you can truly ‘build-your-own’ garden room as per your requirements or budget. You can select from our packages below to tailor your bespoke garden room design:
The Bronze Package consists of the following specifications:
- Fully Tanalised (pressure treated) building
- 22 T&G Cladding
- 3” x 2” Tanalised Framework
- 22 T&G Floor
- 16mm T&G roof boards
- Roof supporting A frame/s (certain sizes)
- Standard polyester Felt
- Triple Galvanized Nails
- Joinery made Timber windows and doors
- 3 Lever lock and concealed hinges
- Toughened safety glass
- Profiled storm proof windows
- 44mm Thickness Double Doors
- Choice of full length or part glazed windows and doors
- Underboarded roof Canopy to front
- Heights: 6’5” Internal Eaves height
- Delivery and Installation (within a 30 mile radius), flat and level flagged or concrete base required
In addition to the Bronze Package, the Silver Package consists of the following additions:
- 32mm Tanalised T&G Cladding
- ‘Pre Insulation’ Pack
- Protect TF200 Internal Lining membrane to walls and roof
- 40mm Kingspan Insulated Floor
- Double Glazing
- BS ball bearing rebated concealed hinges
- BS 5 Lever Lock
- Additional door frame complete with draught seal and cill
In addition to the Silver Package, the Gold Package consists of the following additions:
- Full Insulation to walls and roof
- Additional Framework within building
- 60mm Kingspan Foil back Insulation in walls and roof
- 9mm Moisture resistant MDF board
- 5” Primed MDF Torus Internal Skirting
- 3” Primed Architrave
- Internal Strips
- 130mm wall thickness
- Stainless steel nails to walls
- Felt Shingle Roof
- Carpet Tiles
- Joinery made internal roof supporting A frame/s constructed in Joinery grade
redwood 4” x 4” timbers (bigger sizes only)
In addition to the Gold Package, the Platinum Package consists of the following additions:
- UPVC Windows and French Doors in place of timber windows and doors (other options may be available)
- Yale Lockmaster
- 28mm Double Glazing
- Available on certain sizes only!
About OLY 2
Featuring an increased height at the eaves and the option of full-length doors and windows, this garden building is particularly bright and airy, making it an ideal sociable space for al fresco entertaining or dining, or even a relaxing sanctuary, home gym or yoga retreat.
As with all our garden studios, this design is built to the very highest specification and the level of excellence that Olympian Garden Buildings are renowned for.
All of our buildings are made to order at our on-site workshop in Cheshire, handcrafted by our time-served manufacturing team and available to view in person at our Sandbach showroom.

View all our FAQ'sYes! One of the many benefits of working with Olympian Garden Buildings is that all our buildings are handmade at our factory by our in-house manufacturing team. This allows us complete flexibility over the design and construction of our buildings and enables us to work on bespoke projects.
The majority of our buildings fall permitted development, however, some larger buildings or those within restricted areas may be subject to planning permission. In all instances, please refer to the Planning Portal and seek advise to clarify if you will require planning. https://www.planningportal.co.uk/
The base can be constructed from concrete or flags and must be perfectly flat and level. We can work with you to arrange your groundwork. Please speak with the team for further details.
A standard building with a Bronze – Platinum package will take approximately 1-2 days to install. The majority of buildings are completed within 1 day.
Our lead times can fluctuate based on demand. At present (Summer 2023) we are working on an approximate 1-2 month lead time on Non Insulated buildings and a 2 month lead time for our insulated buildings.
To secure your building we require a 25% deposit, taken at the time of order.
